Hallmark care homes boss receives CBE for services to social care and philanthropy

The chair of Care England and Hallmark Care Homes, Avnish Goyal has received a Commanders of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) award for his services to social care and philanthropy in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List.
