We offer robust service plans that is tailored to  the your individual needs.

Below should give you a better understanding of what we offer and are not limited to this.

Personal Care

As part of our duty towards your personal care we offer all of the following:

  • Help in getting ready in the morning, include waking up, getting dressed and washing.
  • Helping with meal preparation, including scheduling and ensuring you eat Nutritional and healthy Meals
  • Help with incontinence issues.
  • Assistance during meal times.
  • Assistance with personal grooming, including baths and showers.
  • Reminders about when you need to take any medications you are on.
  • Assistance during bed time, ensuring you are comfortable and everything is locked up.

Practical Care

We also offer a number of practical care services, including the following:

  • Keeping track of rubbish collection days and making sure your rubbish is taken out.
  • Shop visits.
  • Collection of relevant benefits or prescriptions.
  • Help with staying safe, including ensuring all doors and windows are locked.
  • Support with your laundry and ironing, in addition to taking on other chores around the house.
  • Per care services.
  • Helping with meal preparation, including scheduling and ensuring you eat healthily.
  • Bed changing services.

Companionship Services

We understand that many people need a little bit of companionship, which is why we aim to offer a friendly service that includes:

  • General friendship and discussions
  • Help when making important appointments.
  • Help with booking any travel.
  • Support when you want to visit any of your friends or neighbours.
  • Help with your favourite leisure activities, including reading, crafts and any hobbies you may have.
  • Specialised reminiscence therapy.

Specialised Services

A number of the people we care for have special requirements, often caused by a condition that they need a little bit of extra help with. Our staff are fully trained to provide additional special support services in any of the following cases:

  • Dementia and Alzheimer’s care services that enable you to maintain your independence in your own home.
  • Support in becoming a tenant within your own home, should you need to.
  • Money management advice, including how to set a budget and where you money needs to go.
  • Support for people who are looking to gain additional qualifications, including help with applications to colleagues and other educational institutions.
  • Support for jobseekers, including advice on where to look, how to fill out applications and getting you ready for interviews.
  • Ensuring you are able to keep in touch with your family and friends, no matter where life takes them or you.
  • Helping you find ways to gain additional support from your local community.
  • End of life care for those who need a little bit of extra support.

Additional Services

In addition to all of the above, we also offer a variety of other services that don’t necessarily fit into a category, but are extremely important to many people:

  • Help with finding local community groups who can provide support and additional companionship.
  • Advice on where to find additional information or advocacy groups.
  • An out of hours service if required.
  • Help with finding any local health groups that may be able to help as part of your continued support plan.
  • Help with Telecare Solutions and any other equipment that can be used to help you lead a better quality of life.
  • Respite services that can allow caregivers to take a little break every once in a while.
