'Do I want to live in a care home? No' says care boss

Jane Ashcroft, chief executive of Anchor Trust, which runs 121 care homes, has said she doesn’t believe care homes will ever be an “aspirational” lifestyle choice because no one wants to think about needing a high degree of care.
