Care minister backs care workers' call for time off to grieve and attend funerals

Care workers have confessed to feeling devastated following the death of someone they have cared for, with some staff left struggling to cope, prompting care minister Caroline Dinenage to call for care providers to give employees the support and time off to grieve and attend funerals.
