Care home residents say 'no' to Beyoncé and Bon Jovi, preferring James Last instead

Residents at a care home in Kent have complained to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) that their music choices are ignored by care staff, who play ‘loud music’ such as Beyoncé and Bon Jovi rather than big band music and James Last.
