Social care is at the 'centre of a storm' as winter approaches, warns ADASS

With over half (54 per cent) of adult social care directors saying they have overspent on social care budgets last year and with a predicted inflation rate rise of 11 per cent by the end of the year, new report warns this will create an even bigger hole in council finances.
