'See the person, not the disability' says Welsh campaigner who has been awarded MBE

Disability activist Josh Reeves who lives in Cardiff has been awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) in the Queen’s New Year’s Honours list for his campaigns both locally and globally to change people’s perceptions of disability.
