England's doing 'rather badly' in social care compared to other nations, warns charity

France, Spain, Germany, Italy and Japan have all ‘grasped the nettle’ when it comes to tackling social care, while England is doing ‘rather badly’ when it comes to caring for its elderly, a report by the charity Age UK has warned.
